Returns and refunds
This page summarises the return conditions set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
Time limit
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- This right applies to consumer buyers.
Procedure
- Write to contact@treasure-sealed.com with your order number and the items concerned.
- We reply within 48 business hours with the return address.
- The product must be returned complete and in its original condition.
Return costs
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Refund
- The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal request.
- It may be withheld until the returned product has been received.
Damaged or non-conforming product
- Any damage found on delivery must be reported within 48 hours, with photos.
- You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
