Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose and seller

These terms govern sales made under the Treasure Sealed brand by WELOCC (SASU), SIREN 914 972 500, to any buyer.

2. Products

The products offered are acrylic protective cases for displays, protective accessories (toploaders, sleeves) and collectible cards. The dimensions given are inner dimensions, subject to manufacturing tolerance.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are added at checkout according to the delivery area.

4. Delivery costs

• Mainland France: €4.90 for one case, then €1.00 per additional case.
• European Union: €10.00 for one case, then €1.00 per additional case.
• Outside the European Union: €30.00 for one case, then €3.00 per additional case.

5. Dispatch

Orders are shipped within 2 working days with tracking. Transit times depend on the carrier and the destination. For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties are payable by the recipient.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumer buyers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal by writing to contact@treasure-sealed.com. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition, with return costs payable by the buyer.

7. Warranties

Buyers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under the conditions provided by law. Any breakage found on delivery must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
