One Piece OP-18 The Dominance of God: everything we know so far

OP-18 is the next main One Piece Card Game set after OP-17. It was announced at One Piece Day '26 under the English title THE DOMINANCE OF GOD, 「神の支配」 in Japanese. Bandai's official product pages are not live yet, so part of the information circulating comes from event coverage and retailers rather than from an official product sheet.

This article deliberately separates what has been announced from what is merely reported. Anything marked as unconfirmed may still change before release.

Announced release date

• Set title: OP-18 THE DOMINANCE OF GOD (神の支配), announced at One Piece Day '26.
• Japanese release window: November 2026.
• English release announced by retailers: 20 November 2026.
• Extra booster EB-05 Heroines Edition Vol. 2 expected before it, in late October 2026.

The first cards revealed

A first wave of artwork was shown in August 2026. It covers only a small part of the set, but already indicates the treatments planned for collectors.

• Nico Robin as a Manga Rare: the artwork uses manga panels, a treatment already highly sought after in previous sets.
• Saint Gunko's Holy Knights of God in Super Alternate Art: the character's first appearance in the game.
• Two new alternate art Leaders: Franky and Saint Gunko.
• Loki and Saint Shamrock illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano, also announced in a Gold Foil Parallel version.

Reported but not yet official

• The exact Japanese release day: secondary sources quote different dates in November.
• Pack structure: the number of cards per pack differs between sources; 24 packs per display, however, is stated everywhere.
• A simultaneous Japanese / English release, as introduced with OP-17.
• A new rarity tier dedicated to God's Knights, presented as the “God's Knights Super Parallel”.
• The pull rates for these cards, as no official information has been published.

A set centred on God's Knights

The set title and the first cards shown point clearly towards the Celestial Dragons and God's Knights, with cards announced in purple and black. The previews also suggest a return of Straw Hat crew members, including Nico Robin and Franky. Until the official list is published, it is too early to draw conclusions about the meta or about card values.

Should you pre-order an OP-18 display?

Pre-orders are already open at many retailers, at widely varying prices depending on country and allocation. Two points deserve attention: pre-order prices are often higher than the price seen a few weeks after release, and cancellation terms can be restrictive. For a display meant to stay sealed, the condition of the box on arrival matters as much as the price: check that the seller ships displays in reinforced packaging.

Protecting an OP-18 display

Since OP-13, One Piece displays use a slightly wider box than earlier series, with an inner format of 151 × 69 × 123 mm. Our OP-18 protective case uses that format, as for OP-13 to OP-17, EB and PRB-02. Should Bandai change the box size for this set, the product page will be updated accordingly.
